With over 25 years of journalistic experience, Shahnaz Hossain, known as Kabita Dilawar, is a passionate storyteller and advocate for human dignity, cultural heritage, and social change. As founder of KabitarShathe, she uses journalism, digital media, and meaningful conversations to amplify unheard voices, inspire communities, and promote social awareness.
Through Bangla Litfest (Banglalitfest.org), she celebrates Bengali literature, arts, and culture, connecting generations across the Bengali community. More than a journalist, Kabita is a bridge between cultures and communities—turning stories into inspiration, awareness into action, and compassion into meaningful change.
